THE MARINES!!
These people are the humans soldiers. They have assault rifles and pistols. they are there
to take orders and carry them out. Most of the time in the main game all they do is hop in Warthogs and follow you around.
Shrapenel Grenades
These are human grenedes which aren't as good as plasma grenades but they get the job done.
When you throw these they is some delayed time before it explodes into a million pieces which do some damage.
